Hi Exclusive buyer BROKER AGENT Thanks for the followup. When I originally called, I had returned from a long site trip with my company. I had been living in a corporate apartment for 3 years then on another site trip for several months in a hotel. All my stuff was in storage and I was temporarily in a hotel back here on my return to my "home" state.
So I had to get out of the local hotel quickly as I was paying for that. So I ended up renting a house in Gulf Harbors. I chose this area as my company is supposedly going to move to a new purpose-built building on route 54 in a few months. Plus I wanted to be on the water.
Anyway, now that I'm in Gulf Harbors, I can take a look around and see where I would like to buy and take my time in doing so. I am particularly intrigued by your services and cannot see why I would consider a "regular" realtor when I can have someone on my side. So rest assured that you are firmly in mind for when the time to buy comes. I only have a one-month penalty if I vacate before one year.

We were so impressed with your expertise, we decided to use you when we purchased our Bar. Originally we thought the process might be to much for you. Thankfully we were wrong. We could not beleive the amount of information you brought to us prior to the closing table. And then when you saved us an additional $250,000 at the time of closing we could not have been more impressed. We asked you to be at the pre-construction/demolition meeting.Aand though it was a six hour drive, you were there.
